Therapy for near-death experiencers, spiritual transformation, and the search for meaning after life-altering experiences.
"The wound is the place where the light enters you."
— Rumi
You may have gone through something that's difficult to explain—a near-death experience, a sudden spiritual awakening, or a moment that reshaped how you see life, death, and reality itself.
And now… things don't quite fit anymore.
These experiences are more common than you think—and they deserve thoughtful, grounded support.
My approach is rooted in clinical training, while remaining open to the depth and complexity of human experience.
One-on-one sessions focused on integration, emotional processing, and meaning-making. A space to explore what happened—without pressure to explain it away.
Processing and integrating near-death experiences in a safe, non-judgmental space that honors the full weight of what you went through.
Support for those navigating the disorientation that follows sudden spiritual shifts—finding footing when the ground has shifted.
For those wrestling with big questions about life, death, identity, and purpose—especially when everyday life feels hollow after transformation.
When a trauma, loss, or profound event changes who you are—therapy helps you rebuild identity and find a grounded sense of self.
Thoughtful, calm exploration of mortality, end-of-life fears, and how close encounters with death can reshape how we choose to live.
Small groups for those integrating profound experiences. Coming soon — a space to feel less alone in what you've been through.

My work focuses on what happens after a life-changing experience—when the world looks different, but there's no clear roadmap for how to live in it.
I am a licensed mental health counselor (PhD, LMHC, NCC), currently practicing in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, and Massachusetts, with a focus on existential and meaning-centered therapy. I will be expanding into Minnesota, Ohio, and Arizona later this year.
My background includes years working as a firefighter—where I witnessed firsthand how close encounters with death can profoundly change a person. That experience informs how I approach this work: calm, direct, and able to hold space for the realities that many others avoid.
While we may explore spiritual themes together, my work is psychotherapy—not spiritual direction or religious guidance. We won't impose meaning. We'll explore it together, in a way that serves your mental and emotional health.

As a licensed therapist, you know that continuing education is essential—not just for license renewal, but for growing as a clinician. I offer CE courses focused on areas that most training programs rarely address: near-death experience integration, existential approaches to therapy, and supporting clients through transformative experiences.
These are topics your clients are already bringing into the room. This training helps you meet them there—with confidence and clinical grounding.
